  • We are now officially 501(c)(3) and now state sales tax exempt!

Approval of Minutes

  • amendments
    • balance has to remain less than $50K before 501(c)(3) becomes problematic
  • Motion by W5VUI to accept as amended

    • Passes unanimously

  • deposits:
    • $15 membership
  • 3 checks to be cashed
    • $4.26 to KG5EYV for 501(c)(3) certified mail
    • $5.90 to N5GQB for August donut shortage (cost $50.15, $44.25 in tip jar)
    • $20.46 to N5GQB for September donut shortage ($50.46, $30.00 in tip jar)
  • $15 service charge for deposit-gone-wrong
    • error on bank’s part
