W5BCS periodically holds Volunteer Examiner Testing Sessions where members and non-members are able to either get their initial Technician’s license or to upgrade their license to General and/or Extra. The ARRL mandated fee for 2017 continues to be $15, cash only correct change is appreciated. No reservation is required.
