- Great meeting last Saturday with a lot of discussion! KF5WGJ had a really good presentation on the Raspberry Pi. Will put presentation notes and resorces on the website.

- Need club members to serve on the club’s nominating committee to help in narrowing down a slate of officers for next year. Please contact Phil Gates (N5ZKF) if you are interested.
- Online survey for dinner social results are in. Our Fall social will be this Thursday (09/26/19) @ 6:30PM at J. Cody’s Steaks and BBQ. Click the link for the location.
- Wanting to form an “Elmer group” of hams willing to spend a few minutes, when needed, helping other hams with questions about our hobby. Please contact Phil Gates (N5ZKF) if you are interested in helping.
- Need people to volunteer for presentations after our club meetings. Items of interest now are experience with emergency services radio, search and rescue, etc. However, it doesnt need to be technical,can be how you set up your shack, how you built your antenna or if you have some technical expertise you would like to share with the group. Please contact Phil Gates (N5ZKF).
- Our volunteer web administrator knows about the Listserv problem and is working diligently to get it up and running.
- ARRL has several event stations comming soon. Check their website HERE for a complete list.
- We will have “Radio in the Park” on Saturday (10/19/2019) following our monthly club meeting at the Red Cross. Radio in the park will be in Tanglewood park off of Carter Creek Pkw.
